What we collect

• When you send a test request: your name, company, mobile number, signature, the site address or map location you give, the size of the plot and building, and what you ask us to test.
• For security: the date and time, your device's internet address and browser name. We use them only to stop misuse of the form.
• When you check a report on the verification page: only the code you scan or type. We do not ask who you are.

Why we use it

• To understand your request, contact you about it, prepare a quotation, plan the site and laboratory work, and issue your reports.
• To confirm that a request is genuine (a WhatsApp code or a call from our staff).
• To keep the records a testing laboratory must keep for its projects and reports.

Who can see it

• Only our authorised staff, each according to their role.
• We never sell your details or use them for advertising.
• We share them only when you agree, when the law requires it, or with the authority or engineer you ask us to send a report to.

Services this website uses

• Fonts and icons are loaded from Google Fonts, jsDelivr and Cloudflare. They receive your device's internet address to send them, as for any website.
• If you press "Use my location" on the request form, your browser asks your permission first; the address is then looked up on OpenStreetMap.
• WhatsApp (Meta) delivers verification codes when that service is connected.
• The website uses one necessary cookie to keep your form and language between pages. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to handle your request and the project, and for as long as our records, reports and the law require. Requests that do not lead to any work are deleted when they are no longer needed.

How we protect it

The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Staff sign in with their own account, signers use two-step login, every change is recorded, and the data is backed up every day.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your details, or to stop contacting you. Contact us using the details below; we answer within a reasonable time.

Terms of an online request

• A request is not a contract. The work, price and timing are confirmed by the laboratory before any work starts.
• Please give correct information. Wrong details, or a request in someone else's name, may be refused.
• Results are given in signed reports. A report can be checked at any time with its QR code on our verification page.
